Danielle G. Koger, Esquire is the owner of Koger Law Group, PLLC. Driven by a passion for justice, community and advocacy, Danielle first began legal work while serving in the United States Navy. During law school, Danielle worked for the Michigan Education Association and transferred those skills in her work for the Virginia Education Association where she advocated for public school teachers and support staff.
Danielle is admitted to practice in Virginia state courts, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is no stranger when it comes to fighting injustice for her clients as she is an advocate and educator.
She believes in informing and empowering each client to ensure that they have access to information and resources pertaining to their case. Her approach is creative, and she is not afraid to try a new or different angle if it can help her client’s position.
Danielle has represented a diverse range of clients, focusing on minority groups such as women, children and the LGBTQ+ community, as she believes in helping those who need it most. She believes that legal knowledge is power, and all are welcome at Koger Law Group, PLLC.
